Initial Startup Dialog

When AVCataloger is run for the first time, a dialog window will appear asking to either create a new data file, open an existing data file, or restore a data file from a backup. When AVCataloger starts, it attempts to use the most recently used data file. If the recently used data file cannot be located, the New/Open/Restore dialog window will appear. Click the button to select the option for the task to complete to perform the operations as mentioned above.
