AVCataloger offers powerful filtering capabilities to help narrow reports and graphs to time frames for advanced data analysis. When generating a report or graph, the dialog window will appear. Select the beginning and ending dates for the filter and select the column to be filtered from the "Filter by" selection. Any date type column can be used for the filter. Not all entries have a date value assigned and most search engines will not include "null" values, meaning entries with no value in the target filter field. Check the "Include Null Filter Fields" to show records where the target "Filter by" column does not have a value as well as those that meet the date criteria between and the start and end dates.
